New Mills Building, Renishaw
New Mills is an impressive Grade II* listed building utilised by Renishaw for offices. Having been the subject of a number of alterations in the 1980s, when the building was initially converted, it was in need of an upgrade to enhance the office environment.
Located to the west of Wotton-Under-Edge, New Mills is a Grade II* listed building which forms part of the wider complex of Renishaw headquarters.
MEP prepared, submitted and monitored the application for Listed Building Consent which involved working closely with heritage consultants and the LPA.
Listed Building Consent was obtained for the necessary works.
