The MEP team is expert in managing all types of applications including outline and detailed planning applications, applications for Listed Building Consent and Advertisement Consent.

Our professional consultants will guide you through the stages of the application process including initial site meetings, pre-application enquiries, preparation and submission stage and on-going negotiations with the planning authorities and other statutory consultees.

Once a decision is obtained, we will advise you of the next steps including discharge of conditions and and assisting with the completion of S106 Agreements and CIL payments.
