Extension to Corston Business Park, Wiltshire

19 January 2026

On behalf of Corston Architectural Details, MEP has secured planning permission for an extension to Corston Business Park.

The proposal, which represents a significant milestone in the growth of Corston Architectural Details, will deliver almost 6,000 sqm of high quality employment space, including research and development facilities, manufacturing workshops, warehousing, a new transport hub and a new cafe.

The approved scheme represents a meaningful step for local jobs (100 -150 forecast) and also brings more production back to the UK. This is therefore a significant investment in Wiltshire’s employment base.

The MEP team constructively worked with Wiltshire Council to obtain the necessary permission.
