The original application was initially refused by the Local Planning Authority citing conflict with the spatial strategy and concerns regarding amenity provision arising from the proposed layout. However, these issues were successfully addressed through a robust Appeal Statement prepared by Morgan Elliot Planning, alongside a comprehensive Landscape Mitigation Strategy provided by Rappor.

It also enables the appellants’ extended family to establish their home in a constrained area, located within the Cotswold National Landscape.
