Background
The proposal related to the upgrading and expansion of the existing offices and demolition of the former skittles alley at Portcullis, Badminton.
Site details and constraints
The building is Grade II listed, located adjacent to other listed buildings and within the Conservation Area, in addition to affecting the setting of the Grade I Registered Badminton House Park and Gardens. In addition the site lies within the Cotswold National Landscape.
Our role
To lead and submit the application for planning permission and Listed Building Consent for the proposed change of use and works.
Outcomes
Planning permission and Listed Building Consent was granted for the demolition of former skittles alley, Change of use of ground floor from community use to offices with associated works.
