The site is located on the edge of the village of Mickleton and currently comprises a bungalow, former commercial plant nursery and agricultural buildings.

The site has been included in the SHLAA for residential use, where it was identified as being favourable for development.  Our client has instructed the MEP team to proceed with the next steps to realise the development potential of the site.

  • Undertaken a review of housing land supply in the District
  • Carrying out a detailed site appraisal identifying site constraints and opportunities
  • Co-ordinate and manage a consultant team
  • Formulate a planning strategy
  • Prepare and submit a pre-application enquiry


MEP has prepared a development framework plan which has been submitted to Cotswold District Council as part of a pre-application to the Council.

The team is now preparing for the submission of a full planning application.
