Haresfield Barn
The site is located on the outskirts of Haresfield near Stroud and forms part of a former agricultural farmstead.
Situated in a rural location, the building is a single storey red brick agricultural barn, which has an L-shape. The site is within a complex of other farm buildings. There is a grade II listed road bridge opposite the site.
The client’s objective was to realise the potential of the site and instructed the team at MEP to assist.
An application has been prepared and submitted for the conversion of the barn to two dwellings.
