Mill Building, Wotton-Under-Edge
The Mill Building is a Grade II* listed building and falls within the top 7% of important heritage buildings in the UK. It forms part of Renishaw PLC which is a key employment site in the Stroud District, however the building required major refurbishments, including the replacement of all 209 windows and underpinning, to ensure its future use thereby ensuring its longevity.

Given the status of the Mill Building, the MEP team had to work closely with Historic England who supported the repair and future maintenance of the building. The team also worked with the conservation team at Stroud District to ensure a sensitive solution was obtained.
Planning permission and Listed Building Consent was obtained for the necessary works.
