Turkey Hill, Leeds
MEP was instructed to discharge pre-commencement conditions attached to a planning permission for the erection of new dwellings. The permission was very close to expiring and therefore to ensure the approved scheme was implemented, all nine conditions needed to be discharged within 3 months.
The site is situated in Pudsey, towards the west of Leeds. Situated in a Green Belt location, the site is brownfield.
MEP’s role was to instruct specialist consultants, submit manage and monitor the the application for the discharge of the conditions before the time period expired.
Planning permission was granted accordingly.
