Call for Sites – Emerging Stroud District Local Plan 2026

Stroud District Council is undertaking a Call for Sites (housing and employment land) as part of the Emerging Local Plan process. This exercise helps the Council identify land that may have potential for future development.
The council is seeking submissions of land that may be suitable for:
- housing;
- employment development; and/or
- other appropriate land uses such as Infrastructure
