Paul founded the practice Hunter Page Planning (HPP) in 1993.  HPP was established as one of the country’s leading private planning consultancies, operating throughout the UK on a wide range of planning matters, from the development of eco-towns through to the delivery of new stadiums.

HPP was acquired by Ridge in 2018 and Paul led the planning discipline for the company.  Upon his departure from Ridge, Paul founded Morgan Elliot Planning Ltd, which leads numerous projects across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure and education.

Paul is passionate about planning and shaping the way we live and work, driving sustainable change wherever possible and for finding sustainable solutions to meet the clients’ objectives. 

Paul was a founder, former Chairman and continues to be a member of the Gloucestershire Design Panel, he is also currently a member of the Construction and Infrastructure Group of the GL First Local Enterprise Partnership, Gloucestershire.

Outside of work, when not spending time with his family, Paul enjoys cycling and is regularly seen with the Tetbury Velos leading rides across the Cotswolds.
