Megan Packer

Megan recently joined MEP after completing her undergraduate degree in Human Geography and Planning at Cardiff University in 2025. As part of her graduate scheme, MEP is sponsoring Megan to pursue a part-time Masters in Spatial Planning and Development at Cardiff University.

Megan’s academic background has given her a strong foundation in the social, environmental, and economic factors that shape the built environment. She is particularly interested in how planning can help create more sustainable, and well-connected communities.

Outside of work and study, Megan enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible, whether that’s running, hiking, or exploring new places when travelling.
